  
Difficult people can go from mildly irritating to almost inducing homicidal ideations…which do you interact with? We all interact with them and we all can use some new techniques to ensure that we do not act on those ideations with our customers and colleagues (bad for business).
In this upbeat program, you will learn techniques and strategies that will allow you to handle difficult people and difficult situations with skill and confidence. You will be engaged in practical and interactive discussions, exercises and role plays that will change the way you see and respond to difficult people and difficult situations. You will be given opportunities to practice newly learned skills in a variety of contexts so that the skills can become second nature.
